Currently, our internal marketing team is generating over 800 leads every month, and we need more bright people to consult them on using our services. Our leads consist of primarily of small to mid-size businesses looking to use social media to grow their business. These leads are contacting us on our website or calling us during normal business hours. We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about sales to join our team, consult with leads about our services, and close new contracts.

Requirements
- Remote Position (Can be located anywhere)
- Passionate about digital marketing
- Passionate about helping small businesses
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Ability to understand the needs of our leads and how to cater services to their needs
- 1-2 years of B2B sales or customer service experience
Education
- A minimum of a high school education is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on business or marketing is preferred.
Experience
- No experience is required to apply. 1-2 years of sales or customer service is preferred.
Compensation, Hours, and Environment
- Base Salary: $30-35K based on experience
- Annual Commissions: $25000-$50,000/year (no cap, can be higher – depends on how good you are)
- Benefits: Paid Vacation Days, Covered Parking, Health Insurance Contributions, and more perks
- Work Hours: Business hours (8:00AM-6:00PM)
