We are seeking motivated people to manage email marketing campaigns on platforms such as Mailchimp, Active campaign, Constant Contact, etc. Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging emails (copy & design), optimization and monitoring performance, monthly reports, and generating high Click-through Rates and Open Rates for client’s based on their goals.

Online Advertising Specialist

Requirements

  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Graphic Design Capability
  • Strong copywriting skills
  • Ability to brainstorm and strategize design ideas based on client goals
  • Ability to analyze data/metrics and create reports
  • A proactive, self-motivated team player who is committed to helping the company continue to grow and evolve

 

Education 

  • A minimum of a college education is required. An Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree with an emphasis on marketing is preferred.

 

Experience 

  • 1-2 years experience required.

 

Work Hours, Environment and Compensation  

  • This is a full-time position (40 hours) mixed with work from home and office hours.
  • Our business hours are 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m EST, with additional hours as required to complete assignments and occasional weekend work
