University Realty is a student housing property for Drexel, Penn and Temple colleges that offer bright and beautiful apartments a short distance from campus.
Entering peak leasing season, University Realty aimed to grow a social media presence that would create awarness of their properties and drive a dramatic increase in leads.
To meet University Realty’s goal of driving sales, we decided on a strategy to maximize Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Facebook’s advertising platform allowed us to reach a massive number of students with very target messaging to drive leads and Twitter and Instagram allowed for one-on-one communication to build authentic relationships with their target audience.
Overall, our strategy proved highly effective, driving over 100 leads and 100,000 impressions in less than a 30 days.
